  • 8 whole eggs hardboiled and peeled
  • ½ cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp very finely chopped onion optional
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 8 slices of bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Fry 8 slices of bacon, pat dry from grease, chop and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, roughly chop 8 peeled hard-boiled eggs.
  3. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise, chopped onions (optional), dijon mustard, yellow mustard, pickle juice, worcestershire sauce, chopped bacon and dill weed. Season to taste with salt and pepper; stir gently to combine.
  4. Refrigerate until serving time.
  5. Serve with lettuce as a salad or bread to make a sandwich.
