  • 1 package rhodes frozen cinnamon rolls
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups brown sugar firmly packed
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  1. Follow package instructions to allow rolls to rise. Use a 9×13 pan for 12 rolls. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a saucepan on stove, combine 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 2 cups brown sugar, 3 cups heavy cream and 1 stick of butter. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Let boil, while stirring for 1-2 minutes.  Remove from heat and add the vanilla.

  3. Pour this ice cream mixture over the rolls. Bake according to package directions. After suggested time, check them, as you may need to bake them for 5-10 minutes more to allow the middle to bake thoroughly. All rolls should be a nice golden brown.

  4. Once they are done baking, take them out of the oven and frost immediately with frosting packets provided in the Rhode’s package.  You may feel that they are sweet enough without the frosting, I assure you that they are just as good without it.
